- Goods remain the property of Hoist & Co Fencing & Timber Supplies Ltd, until paid for in full.
- It is a natural characteristic of timber to react to changes in climate & temperature, and for this reason colour tones cannot be matched perfectly; for this we cannot be held responsible.
- There is a 20% handling charge on all returned products.

Conditions of installations
- Payment must be made on completion of any works undertaken.
- We cannot be held responsible for any damage to any services, unless their condition has been highlighted to us prior to the commencement of any work undertaken.
